Additionally included in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a key labelling various sections of the estate.
Alongside this are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
